Nova Sol is a multidisciplinary artist, songwriter, and creative storyteller who explores identity, contrast, healing, and self-expression across different artistic disciplines. Her work centers around the idea of "the whole": embracing every side of the self. Strength and softness, chaos and control, pain and transformation.
She doesn't use art to define; she uses it to express. Art, for her, is a reflection of the soul.
Artist Bio
To create art that helps people feel seen, awakened, and free to embrace every part of themselves. The aim is not to tell people who they are; the goal is to create a space where they feel encouraged to discover that for themselves.
Through music, visuals, and storytelling, the message is cohesive: "The Whole" represents the belief that we do not need to erase our contradictions to be complete or "enough".
We become whole by accepting them.

A reflection on holding yourself together while everything inside feels heavy. It’s about accepting pain without letting it define you; choosing to keep moving, even when healing isn’t linear.

An unapologetic take on everyday harassment and the imbalance of power behind it. The song turns discomfort into control, flipping the narrative and calling out behavior that’s often normalized but rarely challenged.
